No responsible person can answer that question at this point due to the lack of facts and transparency. There is a major lack of financial information, no business plans, no true cost of construction, no environmental cost, etc.

More unknowns: What is the true risk to the county and the city if this project falls short of attendance as proposed? Will any shortfalls immediately or eventually fall back on the shoulders of the citizens and taxpayers of Pueblo?
